Charity Drive
Reflection
From this project, I've really learned a lot about business as this is the first time controlling a business and I found out that it was not easy at all. The most difficult part would be looking for suppliers to help us out for charity as we will have to send proposals and wait for their reply and others. I have also learned that organization is very important in a business as everything must be calculated clearly and things must be done nicely to ensure that there is no imperfection. Not only that, I also got to know that it is not easy to sell something especially promoting our product throughout the whole day. There will also be harsh feelings that we have to take in when someone ignores us while we were promoting our product. Last but not least, time management would be the most important in this project while there are a lot of assignments going on at the same time.
Our task for this project was to create a small business in Taylor's selling anything that can make money. The money earned will then go to charity. We've chosen to send the donation to PAWS Animal Welfare Society as we are pet lovers. After the charity drive, we will then have to come out with a report and also video.

The group report was based on the result of our research of our experiment. The topic we've chosen was 'First Impression', we were focus on whether the first impression on a stranger in true or false. We've conducted this experiment through surveys with pictures of different participants with different appearances and will then calculate the accuracy of impression achieved by the surveyors. We also has a presentation to talk about our experiment.

Moreover, I've realized that time management is very important for every project as there are a lot of projects going on at the same time, I got to know how to manage my time and finish up an experiment. Not only that, this assignment requires a co-operation of group members.

ENGLISH PRESENTATION AND REPORT
Introduction
In this assignment, students in groups must do research on 3 different businesses, finding their background information, products & competitive analysis comparing all 3 businesses. Therefore my group and I did this assignment in Penang while we were in a class trip to Penang. We've decided to do research on Penang's local food. The companies were Tong Hoe Seng, Wah Thai and. Not only that, we also have to do a presentation and report for this assignment.

Reflection
It was a great experience exploring the companies around Penang and we a great time working as a group walking around and interviewing. I've learned to work in a group in this assignment because I think that teamwork is very important in every assignment. Not only that as there are many assignments from other subjects as well, I've also learned to have a good time management.

English essay (Compare/contrast essay)
Introduction
In this assignment, I was required to pick 2 english language movies between the genres of romantic comedy or animation & after watching them while understanding the concepts of the two movies. After that, I had to write a 6 paragraph compare or contrast essay with 600-1000 words on their similarities or differences respectively. I chose the movie Toy Story and A Bug's Life because they've got a lot of similarities especially the small characters.
Reflection
It was another interesting assignment given to me where I have to watch movies for my essays. I really enjoyed the movies and brought back my childhood but I also had a hard time choosing which movies to write about. I've also learned to have a better time management in order to finish up the assignment. I procrastinated a little in the end but also managed to finish it up.

ENGLISH 2 (Descriptive Essay)
Introduction
This was the first essay assignment given by Miss Cassandra, I was required to find a tool used in a kitchen & describe everything about it. This is to be done in at least one and a half page essay. I had to use my observational skills to explore the traits of the chosen objects so that I can bring out the interesting fact in this essay. I have choosen a wooden spatula.
Reflection
The descriptive essay wasn't easy at all and I had a hard time choosing object. It was difficult to describe something which I don't usually in contact with especially man like me who doesn't always go into the kitchen. It was a great experience observing deeply into the wooden spatula and also smell and taste it. It was an interesting essay and I would love to write more essays like this.
